REGISTRATION DESK 
The registration desk is located directly outside the Manhattan Ballroom. The opening hours are:

Monday 9^th September                 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday 10^th September               8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Wednesday 11^th September          8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday 12^th September             8:00 AM – 7:15 PM

SMOKING 
Smoking is not permitted in the venue. There are designated smoking areas behind the bar near Block 5, and in the car park.

The hosts and organisers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs or the loss of private property, and will not be liable for any claims. Delegates requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.
